BRIAN G. KLEIN, ESQ.
OF COUNSEL (EMPLOYMENT AND LITIGATION)
Brian is an unconventional lawyer who leaves a memorable impression. Known for a refreshing balance of personality and effective legal counsel, Brian believes that practicing law doesn’t have to be dull or impersonal. He views his role as making sure clients are informed, engaged, and maybe a little entertained.
Brian has won the respect of clients and peers alike. A testament to his unique approach is the fact that several of his former adversaries have turned into clients (don’t worry, he won’t share … unless you’re sued). Brian has consistently been recognized in the field of labor and employment law as a “Rising Star” by the New York Metro SuperLawyers from 2017 through 2021 and awarded the “Super Lawyer” designation in 2022.
Beyond his practice, Brian has also shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra Law School and has contributed to publications such as Eater and the International Business Times. An active member of the New York, New Jersey, and New York City Bar Associations, Brian also lends his insights to the City Bar Association’s Committee on Labor and Employment Law.Outside of work, Brian tries to spend as much time as possible with his wife and daughter (ideally while also watching sports, but still with his wife and daughter), and is on a seemingly never-ending quest in search of the best mezcal negroni.
