During his career as a technology and M&A lawyer in Toronto, Rajah developed a passion for developing “back office” services using technology and operational know-how. Rajah and his team help Hood Venture Counsel develop and execute on projects ranging from transaction due diligence to litigation discovery to the creation of contract playbooks and beyond.
