Shanti is a business-minded attorney with over a decade of experience advising entrepreneurs, small businesses, and high-growth companies. Whether she’s protecting a brand, negotiating a key commercial deal, or advising on legal infrastructure, her goal is to be a trusted partner who understands both the legal and business sides of entrepreneurship.

Shanti counsels clients on intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on trademarks and brand strategy. On the prosecution side, she conducts trademark clearance searches, secures registrations, and helps clients maintain their marks. On the enforcement side, she assists with infringement-related disputes, ensuring her clients’ trademarks are protected and positioned as valuable business assets. She also helps clients monetize their marks through assignments and licensing deals. Beyond trademarks, Shanti advises on broader intellectual property ownership, commercial transactions, and IP due diligence in financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Shanti draws her passion for law from her clients and is proud to have worked with businesses across a wide range of industries – from creatives to startups to scientists. She has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2016 to the present. Outside of work, she enjoys hosting dinner parties and attending live arts events.
