Larry Rosenthal, ESQ.
Of Counsel (Intellectual Property)
Formerly an engineer with Apple in Silicon Valley, Larry is an intellectual property attorney whose practice encompasses prosecuting and litigating patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He also handles e-discovery, opinion work, licensing, Inter Partes Reviews, Ex Parte Reexaminations, and Trademark Oppositions and Cancellations. Larry further protects his clients’ interests through careful drafting of non-disclosure, content development and licensing agreements, assignments, and Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies for websites. In addition to intellectual property matters, Larry has represented clients with regards to commercial disputes and other legal issues.
After college, Larry worked for Apple for a little over 5 years. His engineering background ultimately brought him to intellectual property law, where he enjoys being able to use his scientific mind and learn about creative inventions while applying the law. Larry spent time in “Big Law” and then joined an IP boutique, where he was able to explore more areas of intellectual property law and work more closely with clients. This broader knowledge allowed Larry to offer more services with a holistic perspective and thus gave him the tools to open his own firm.
Larry is registered as a Patent Attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
When he’s not working, Larry can be found cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and spending time with his kids.
