Daniel Stern, Esq.
Of Counsel (Corporate and Securities)
Dan is a business-minded attorney with nearly a decade of experience advising founders, management teams, and investors on corporate and securities matters and strategic transactions. Drawing on his background in both Big Law and in-house leadership roles, Dan brings a practical, commercially focused approach to helping clients navigate complex transactions and day-to-day legal decisions with confidence.
Dan advises clients across the full lifecycle of their businesses, from early-stage growth through exits. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth equity financings, fund and investment transactions, and ongoing corporate governance and compliance. He began his career at large Wall Street law firms, where he developed a deep foundation in sophisticated deal work, before moving in-house to an asset management firm and later serving as General Counsel of a high-growth startup. This unique combination of experiences allows Dan to provide outside general counsel services that are informed by an operator’s perspective and tailored to the realities of running a business.
Dan is passionate about partnering closely with his clients and is proud to work alongside entrepreneurs and investment professionals across a wide range of industries. Outside of his legal practice, Dan is an avid skier and spends as much time as possible on the slopes – often joined by clients and colleagues who have become friends along the way.
